Cui Junhui  is an independent non-executive Director of the Company.

Mr Cui was the Deputy Director of Tax Bureau of Shandong Province, Deputy Director of the Finance Department of Shandong Province, Director of Tax Bureau of Shandong Province, Director of State Tax Bureau of Shandong Province since February 1987. He was appointed as Deputy Director of State Administration of Taxation from December 1999 to December 2006. He became the Vice Precedent of China Taxation Institute and Vice Chairman of China Charity Federation in December 2006. He was elected as a representative of the Eleventh NPC and a commissary of Financial and Economic Affairs Committee of NPC in March 2008. He became an independent non-executive Director of the Company since May 2008.
