Huang Weihe is the Chief Engineer of the Company and the General Manager of Petroleum and Pipeline Company.

Mr Huang is a senior engineer and holds a doctorate’s degree. He has over 25 years of working experience in China’s oil and gas industry. He has been the Deputy Director and Director of Exploration Design Institute of Petroleum and Pipeline Bureau, the Assist of Director of Petroleum and Pipeline Bureau. He has also worked as Deputy Manger of Pipeline Construction General Company, Deputy Director of Petroleum and Pipeline Bureau and Chief Engineer, General Manager of PetroChina Pipeline Company, General Manger of PetroChina West-East Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline Company. Since December 2002, he was appointed as the General Manager of Petroleum and Pipeline Company and PetroChina West-East Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline Company. Since February 2006, she worked as the General Manager of Petroleum and Pipeline Company. He became the Chief Engineer of the Company and the General Manager of Petroleum and Pipeline Company.
