Jiang Fan  is a Director of the Company and the General Manager of Dalian Petrochemical Company.
　

Mr Jiang is a senior engineer and holder of a master’s degree. He has over 20 years of working experience in China's petrochemical industry. Mr Jiang was appointed as the Deputy Manager of Dalian Petrochemical Company since December 1996. In September 1999, he was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Dalian Petrochemical Company. Mr Jiang has been a Director of the Company since November 2005.
