Li Xinhua  is a Director of the Company and a Deputy General Manager of CNPC.
　

Mr Li is a senior engineer and holds a bachelor’s degree. He has nearly 35 years of working experience in China's oil and gas industry. Since February 1992, he worked as Director of Yunnan Gas and Chemical Factory. Mr Li was appointed as the Chairman and General Manager of Yun Tian Hua Group Ltd. He was the Assistant of Yunnan Provincial Governor since March 2002. From January 2003 onwards, he was Deputy Yunnan Provincial Governor. Mr Li was appointed as a Deputy General Manager of CNPC. He became a Director of the Company since May 2008.
