Wang Guoliang  is a Director of the Company and Chief Accountant of CNPC.
　

Mr Wang holds a master's degree and is a senior accountant. He has over 20 years of working experience in China's oil and gas industry. Mr Wang worked as the Vice President of China National Petroleum Corporation Finance Co. Ltd. since October 1995. Since November 1997, he was the Deputy General Manager and Chief Accountant of China National Oil & Gas Exploration and Development Corporation. Mr Wang had been the Chief Financial Officer of the Company from November 1999 to March 2002. He is appointed the Chief Accountant of CNPC in February 2007. Since May 2008, he became a Director of the Company.
