Wen Qingshan  is a Supervisor of the Company, and concurrently the Deputy Chief Accountant of CNPC and the director of the Finance and Assets Department of CNPC.

Mr. Wen is a professor-level senior accountant and holder of a master’s degree in economics and has nearly 30 years of working experience in China’s oil and gas industry. He was the deputy director of the Finance and Assets Department of CNPC from May 1999 and director of the Finance and Assets Department of CNPC from May 2002. He has been a Supervisor of the Company since November 2002. Mr. Wen has been appointed as the Deputy Chief Accountant and director of the Finance and Assets Department of CNPC since November 2007.
