Wen Qingshan  is a Supervisor of the Company, and the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Finance and Assets Department of CNPC.

Mr Wen is a senior accountant and holder of a master’s degree. He has over 30 years of working experience in China's oil and gas industry. Mr Wen was the Deputy Chief Accountant of the Finance and Assets Department of CNPC since November 1998, Deputy Director of the Finance and Assets Department of CNPC since May 1999 and Director of the Finance and Assets Department of CNPC since May 2002. He has been a Supervisor of the Company since November 2002. He was appointed as the Deputy Chief Accountant and Director of the Finance and Assets Department of CNPC since November 2007.
