Yu Yibo  is a Supervisor and the General Manager of Capital Operation Department of the Company, and the Director of Capital Operation Department of CNPC.

Mr Yu is a senior accountant and holds a doctorate’s degree. He graduated from Finance major of Hitotsubashi University Business School. He has 10 years of working experience in China’s oil and gas industry. Since November 1998, he was appointed as the Assistant of President of China Petroleum Finance Company. He worked as a member of CNPC Restructuring for Listing Group of CNPC in February 1999. Since September 1999, he became the Deputy General Manager of Financial Department of the Company. He was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Dagang Oilfield Company of CNPC since March 2002, Deputy General Manager of Financial Department of the Company since October 2002, and General Manager of Capital Operation Department. Since April 2007, he has been the Director of Capital Operation Department of CNPC. He became a Supervisor of the Company since May 2008.
