Zhou Mingchun is Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Finance Department of the Company.

Mr Zhou is a senior accountant and holds a master's degree. He has nearly 20 years of working experience in China's oil and gas industry. Mr Zhou has been the Director of the Finance Division and the Director of Financial Settlement Center concurrently of Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau since October 1998, the leader of Finance & Assets Division of Daqing Oilfield Company since September 1999, the Director and Deputy Chief Accountant of Daqing Oilfield Company since January 2000, the Director and Chief Accountant of Daqing Oilfield Company since October 2000, and the General Manager of the Finance Department of the Company since March 2002. Mr Zhou was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since June 2007.
