The current members of our health, safety and environment committee are Liao Yongyuan, as chairman of the committee, Mr. Zeng Yukang and Mr. Jiang Fan. The health, safety and environment committee's major responsibilities include:

    supervising the effective implementation of our health, safety and environmental protection plan;
    making recommendations to the board of directors and our President for major decisions with respect of health, safety and environmental protection;
    inquiring the occurrence of and the responsibilities for material accidents and supervising the remedial measures of material accidents.
