3 sets of new equipment integrated with world-class technology are used to provide advanced products for the service improvement - 2 sets of polypropylene equipment with annual production of 300000t and 1 set of polypropylene equipment with annual production of 200000t are put in use completely.(Enterprise in use:  Daqing Refining and Chemical Company, Lanzhou petrochemical Company and Dalian Petrochemical Company)

3 sets(In April 2005 put in use in Daqing with annual production of 300000t, in June 2006 put in use in Lanzhou with annual production of 300000t and in September 2006 put in use in Dalian with annual production of 200000t) all adopt SpheripolⅡ technology (liquid phase colpus-gas phase) of Basell Company.

Technical features: the most advanced dual anellotubulates—gas phase technology, which produce 103 kinds of products and under some technical environment, all kinds of products can be produced.

Product features: There are products with different melt index and features, 55 homopolymers, 20 random copolymers and 26 impact copolymers   There are 28 products in films, 37 in injection molding and 16 in fiber.   It covers all the current application of polypropylene

Daqing Petrochemical Company——Polypropylene equipment mainly producing basic material of boiling resistance complex film and penetrating packing products

The equipment was used in August 1999 to produce 31 kinds of products of 6 classifications such as injection molding, extruding forming, two-way stretching film, forging film and water-cooling blowing film, tearing film and monofilament, 25 kinds of products in homomerization and 6 kinds of copolymerization.

Major product——T30S: melt index 2.0~4.0 g/10min suitable for textile tearing film, braid sack and backing of carpet.

Major product——T38F: melt index 2.0~4.0 g/10min suitable for two-way stretching film and common packing.

Major product——TX30G: melt index 8.0~11.0 g/10min suitable for production of colorful package, daily good package and small-sized package.   (light transmittance≥85%)

Major product——CP37F: melt index 6.5~8.5 g/10min cast film homomerization product, suitable for choanosome basic material of boiling resistance complex film for the packing of boiling sack, cigarette, perfume, candy, present, coffee, tea leaves and penetrating products and for production of tape, roll film and light film.  

Fushun Petrochemical - Polypropylene equipment mainly producing common polypropylene product

By adopting Spheripol liquid phase bulk polymerization technology (Himont company, Italy), the equipment was used in 1991 to produce homomerization product (29), random copolymers (6) and impact copolymers (16) of 51 product of 3 classification,  

Major product - T30S: melt index 2.0~4.0 g/10min suitable for textile tearing film, braid sack and backing of carpet.  

Major product - Z30S: melt index23~26 g/10min suitable for processing textile tearing film, braid sack and backing of carpet.

Laoyang Petrochemical——polypropylene equipment producing material for the filter tip of cigarette and meeting the national hygiene standard for food

By adopting technology of US AMOCO Company, the equipment was used at the end of 1979 to produce plastic-grade, fiber-grade and film-grade of 25 products of 3 classifications.

Major product - 70318: melt index 13.0~22.0 g/10min suitable for in-house polypropylene fiber produced in medium speed

Major product - 71735: melt index 25~45 g/10min, a special resin for the production of filter tip of cigarette with high melt flow index, meeting the requirement of related national hygiene standard for food

Lanzhou Petrochemical Company - Polypropylene equipment characterized by high mechanical strength and processability

The equipment was used in September 1995 and improved in April 1999 with an annual production of 70000t. The equipment adopts noumenon polymerization technology of 3 connected pot process with 2 liquid phase pots and gas phase pot, liquid phase noumenon and gas phase moumenon.

The equipment used in October 1998 with annual production of 40000t is constructed referring to noumenon method of Japanese Mitsui Petrochemical Company.

The products of 2 sets of equipment are homopolymers.   21 products including injection molding form, film form, blow molding form, fiber form, and flat belt form  

Major product - F-401: Melt index 1.4~3.2 g/10min, suitable for braid sack, braid film and binging sack

Major product——F-501: melt index2.1~4.9g/10min, suitable for braid sack, braid film and binging sack with high transparency

Dushanzi Petrochemical Company - Polypropylene equipment mainly producing heavy load container and textile basic material and awarded as highest operation of patent

The equipment introducing "liquid phase noumenon method+gas phase method" of Italian HIMONT Company and SPHERIPOL technology of PSC catalyst system was used in August 1995 and expanded to current capacity in 2001.   It can produce homopolymers (25), random copolymers (7) and high impact copolymers (18) of 50 products of 3 classifications   

 15 product of T30S,C30S, F30S, Z30S, H30S, S38F, EP2S34F, GK0970G, EPF30R, ZK1240D, EPS30R, EPC30R, modified material of washing machine, modified material of EPS30R and transparent material of for medicine use have been produced.  

Major product - EPS30R: melt index 0.5-2.5g/10min, suitable for heavy load rotary box, painting basket and heavy packing

Major product - T30S: melt index 2.0-4.0g/10min, suitable for textile film fiber and base fibaric of carpet

Dalian Petrochemical - 3 sets of polypropylene equipment first using domestic continuation method in China

Polypropylene powder material equipment with annual production of 20000t was put in use in December 1988. It adopts liquid phase noumenon break polymerization technology and can produce 3 kinds of products.  

Polypropylene equipment with annual production of 50000t used in 1991first adopted continuation method and technology of Japanese Mitsui Petrochemical Company. It can produce 21 kinds of products.

Polypropylene equipment with annual production of 70000t used in March 1999 adopted anellotubulates response technology of 1990s. It can produce 24 kinds of products.

Major product - PPH-T-022: Melt index 1.4-3.2g/10min equal to F401

Major product - F30S: Melt index 11g/10min, suitable for feather brief fiber and high protein CF multifilament      Major product——Z30S: Melt index 16-34g/10min, suitable for low protein brief fiber and BCF&CF multifilament

Major product - T30S: melt index 2.0-4.0g/10min, suitable for textile film velour and back lining of carpet

Huabei Petrochemical Company - Polypropylene equipment producing bimodal distribution and controllable flowage products

By adopting advanced Spheripol II technology of Montell The equipment was put in use in 1999. It can produce over 50 bimodal distribution, controllable flowage product and high rigidity products.

Major product - T30S: melt index 3.2g/10min, suitable for the production of split-film fiber by use of cast film and tube method   It is used for the production of packing rope, packing sack, back lining of carpet and man-made lane and extrusion net for various application

 Major product - LI28F: melt index 2.4～3.2g/10min BOPP special material, suitable for the production with speed of 350m/min

Jinzhou Petrochemical Company and Huhhot Petrochemical Company - 2 sets of small-sized polypropylene equipment with breaking liquid phase noumenon method

 2 sets of equipment (from Jinzhou Petrochemical Company and Huhhot Petrochemical Company) are mature in technology with a few component, short process, high return and pure products without producing “three wastes”.
