wnl Wu Enlai is the Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Company.

As a professorate senior engineer, Mr. Wu has over 30 years of work experience in China oil industry. Mr. Wu obtained a bachelor’s degree from East China Petroleum Institute with a major in refining and petrochemicals in August 1982, and obtained a master’s degree in management science from China University of Petroleum in June 1999. He also obtained an MBA degree in 2002 from University of Calgary. Mr. Wu served as Deputy Director General of PetroChina Tarim Petrochemical Project Construction Headquarters from August 1997 to July 2002, Deputy Director General of Capital Operation Department of China National Petroleum Corporation from August 2002 to December 2003 and Deputy General Manager of China National Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Corporation from January 2004 to April 2005. Mr. Wu was appointed as Head of the Preparatory Work Team for PetroChina Guangxi Petrochemical Company in May 2005, and acted as General Manager of this petrochemical complex from October 2005 till October 2013, and concurrently served as Head of the Coordination Team of PetroChina Enterprises in Guangxi from September 2012 to October 2013. Mr. Wu served as Executive Director and General Manager of PetroChina Hong Kong Limited (HK0135) and Executive Director and Chairman of Kunlun Energy Company Limited from December 2013 to February 2016. Mr. Wu began to serve as Vice Chairman of China Association for Public Companies in 2014, and was granted the title of FCIS, FCS by the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries in January, 2018.
